Holding a Bachelors in Music Education from Auburn University, a Masters in Trombone Performance from Arizona State University, and a Doctorate in Band Conducting from the University of Iowa, Dr. Ward Miller has three decades of experience as a band educator and designer at the middle school, high school, and collegiate levels, as well as in the World Class and Open Class drum corps divisions.  His custom and published musical arrangements and compositions have been performed by bands throughout the world, and he is a nationally sought-after guest conductor, clinician, and adjudicator. Dr. Miller coauthored the GIA-published textbook Developing Error Detection Skills in the Wind Band Educator with Dr. Catheryn Foster. He currently resides in Minneapolis, MN.
