Using "Care and Feeding for Concert Winds?" - How's It Going?

Greetings all, and happy holidays! A month ago, I announced the initial availability of my 12-week concert band warm-up and sound development method, Concert Winds Care and Feeding. Since then, over 500 directors around the country have downloaded it to use with their bands. This free project draws upon what I have learned and worked with concert bands over the decades, and distills a lot of information and methods into a program of study for high school and collegiate concert bands.  All 12 major keys are explored, with rhythm reading, unison chorales, and harmonizations in every key.  The program also provides a curricular framework for assigning homework, and lays out a recommended system of ensemble tuning.

So the question is, for those of you who downloaded it and are trying it with your bands: how's it going?  Do you have questions? Are there errors or typos?  Could some things be adjusted to be more practical or effective?  I want to hear from you! So please, if you have thoughts, don't hesitate to contact me.

If you haven't yet downloaded the project, the score and parts, complete with an introduction and detailed instructions, are downloadable in one large PDF file available at this link.  Please note that this is a large file, so it may take a while to complete the download.
I look forward to hearing the results and your feedback.  Thank you, and happy banding!
